Been catching up on Tower of God and gotta say that Rachel bitch is annoying as hell. As soon as she is on the screen there is whole glaring plot armor shoved into our faces. Conveniently eavesdropping on the secrets for the nth time, getting badass villains to agree to her requests/orders by saying a single sentence is just a walk in the park. I mean their IQ drops to zero when someone is talking to her. Genocidal maniacs are willing to follow her order just because she says "you need my help" what kind of fucked up world is this? They could just torture her and get all the secrets, but that never happens. How can a character get so much plot armor when she is not even the final boss. Annoying as fuck.
I was fully expecting this to be about Rachel when I saw it and I'm not disappointed Yeah Rachel just infuriates everyone
Irregular are special existences, and while almost everyone in the tower think that Baam is the irregular, Rachel is the one. I agree that she is infuriating, but she is a villain so i don't see a problem here :3
Problem is with the plot armor and how strong it is with her. Sometimes I think why not just let her go to 134th floor so that we don't have to see her stupid face anymore.
They are both irregulars. I mean that guy said it clearly, the 1st floor exists specifically for irregulars. Rachael was too focused on Bam to realize it. As the story has said time and time again, every irregular that is in the tower exists for a reason to do something in the tower. So until she fulfills her purpose, just like until Bam fulfills his purpose, they will continue to get protection from the tower.
