went and read ch1. Mc got pregnant bc it let him easily pass all the checkpoints and stuff to reach the main planet or whatever and now that he reached it baby can go byebye thus the very late stage abortion (but at 9months...can it even be aborted???)
Oh some plot points I forgot to mention: MC's goal is to gather the missing 3 pieces of a treasure map. It was split amongst the big 4 space pirates captains. The rest of the cap's are dead. MC originally planned to nurse the child with a machine but ML wouldn't let him buy it so not much has happened with regards to that. So yeah, he wants to get the map, go back to his galaxy (the lawless galaxy) and resume his pirating life. Ideally get that treasure and rule the 7 seas! (not in those words) Some background stuff: The emperor usually rotates between the 3 big families. Xiao, Luo and Lin. Current emperor is ML's uncle, mom's side (Luo).

According to MC, it's because he didn't plan on having the kid in the first place. Kid was just a disguise for him to avoid the cops and people looking for him. So in his opinion, it's ML's fault that the baby was born since he ran him over then signed for him to give birth without his consent. I will agree that MC can get a bit annoying at times though I'm still going to be reading to see if he changes. He's starting to warm up to baby and ML here. ML def is a better guy than MC (but I mean, MC is a crazy, manner less space pirate). Something that's kind of sketch is that MC gets knocked up with drugs so he gets the genuine mom experience lmao. Which is why he loves the kid so easily and his body is in sync with the baby.
Simply put, the baby's a mean to an end? I can see the logic of "crazy, manner less space pirate" MC refusing to be saddle with it, if he doesn't see the baby as a living, breathing, entirely dependent of parents, little being. I'm interested in seeing how the author can merge the daily-life-of-stay-at-home-dad with gallivanting-across-universe-in-search-of-treasure plots together. Ch 15-22 Spoiler ML says since he’s keeping MC, he should be allowed to make requests The requests are: revert the room back to normal, give his mom a favourable impression and make her give up wanting to set him up on blind dates, and learn to be gentlemanly ML’s mom shows up MC wakes up and sees that ML’s mom is a babe and hurries to tidy himself up He tries to charm and seduce ML’s mom LMAO call’s himself ML’s ‘roommate’ ML’s mom kind of falls for his good looks but also is like, ‘does this fatty think he’s hot shit’ but also ‘if he lost some weight he’d be a Casanova’. Turns out they’ve located the other three pieces of the map and they’re in the empire One of them is in the breast of a female goddess living near MC omg lmao wtf Main points of the letter: 1. determine if the lady has the map piece in her chest (she got her boobs enlarged and the doc slipped it in), 2: hurry and get divorced and bring back some popcorn ML gets annoyed when he sees the photo of the female goddess He also gets alll jittery and bothered when his little duck doesn’t come online so he seeks marriage counselling He’s like “no way am I jealous over this fatty” But later on MC goes online and he immediately calms down ML thinks of the marriage counsellor’s advice: to respect his partner’s needs so as the grizzly bear he offers to set MC up with the female goddess ML is eating vinegar while ML is happy LOOL ML calls and meets fem goddess and asks her to accompany his wife who is a fan of her. He promises to get her this role she wants (she’s an actor) from goddess shows up. It’s very PG. he just wants to see her breast feed so he can see if the map is really in her breasts They just chat about mom stuff. Fem goddess brings her own baby over ML mom looks for her sister. They come up with a plan to trick MC into committing adultery by hiring dudes to act as plumbers and catch them in the act of king omg MC rejects both dudes. But ML mom hears fem goddess’ voice, charges in to “catch them in the act” Confrontation. Fem goddess leaves because ML mom scared her baby. She calls ML tho to tell him what happened. MC gets so pissed off but he gets a call from his space pirate friend saying they arrived and wants to meet up MC is happy and gets ready to leave. Super badass moment cause he knocks out ML mom’s bodyguards and snatched back his baby and peaces out

You can adjust the glass' transparency back to ML's side ML rushed home after getting fem goddess' message confronts mom So what made ML start to feel things for MC: even tho MC doesn’t want the child, even tho the child tires him so much, even tho the money he gave him was enough to buy an automatic baby feeding machine, he personally takes care of the baby. Will always appear when the baby needs him. Will always hold baby in his arms when they sleep. Will even sleep against the wall with baby in his arms because he’s too tired to get to bed. Even tho maybe it’s because ML forced him, it still moved his heart.
