Hey everyone! I think I've officially exhausted all fantasy Japanese novels (Oops). So I was thinking of starting a KR or CN novel. Problem is, I've never read one and I am kinda hesitant to read them. Like, are they similar to JP novels, or if they are different, what's different about them? Anyways, to make the first step, I really need some good recommendations. I am looking for Fantasy + Action. No martial arts, and no slice of life, boring drama, etc., just pure fantasy adventure and action (swords, magic etc). Just as an indicator, some of my favorite novels so far are Danmachi, spearman & the black cat, The mage who doesn't want a fourth time, Instant Death, and Infinite dendro. Also, I would really love it if the novel had more than 4 volumes. By the way, I absolutely love isekai, since they allow me (as the reader), to explore a brand new world, alongside with the MC, which deepens the feeling of immerison. So if the novel in question had isekai or memory loss elements in it, it would be amazing (tho this is completely optional).
I kind of doubt you exhausted all the japanese novels. But how about starting you up one ones that read closer to japanese ones. CN - The Amber Sword - isekai that is same as the game they played Absolute Choice - isekai modern world with magic Release that Witch - isekai kingdom building KR - Everyone Else is a Returnee - MC is only person not isekaid Breakers - isekai of game they played The Book Eating Magician - fantasy The Novel’s Extra - isekai modern world with magic of their own book
Korean novels have cold hearted MCs who have a plan (Usually because of regression) and will do almost anything to complete said plan. They usually have little to no romance as it is unnecessary for the plan. I'm not saying they are all like that but most of them that I read are. -Praise the Orc- (No plan, just awesomeness) -Reincarnator- -Dungeon Defense- For CN novels... someone else can explain. -Against the Gods- (my first CN novel which made me stick to the genre) -World of Cultivation- (Best CN novel I've read so far) The cute CN novels usually have "diciple" in their name.

As for what is the difference between just those three (CN, KR, JP), I think there are many other threads explaining that for example, this one: https://forum.novelupdates.com/threads/what-are-the-differences-between-kr-jp-cn-novels.77705/ But summarize(as far as I know): You read the JP novels (exhausted them as you said ) so you know what they are about KR novels are great option if you want something about romance and love and such things (of course there are topics like gaming/fantasy like 'Solo Leveling, The Second Coming of Avarice' and many other examples... but as I said they are a great option if you are looking for romance) CN novels are the best when you want something about reincarnation/cultivation (again there are other topics in them) but they are best known for cultivation novels like 'Nightfall, I Shall Seal the Heavens', and many others...
