Sup folks! Currently looking for a novel with a relatively brutal MC. You can always fine your cliche MC who's ruthless. However it's difficult to find a tolerable MC, within a tolerable novel that has a certain amount of descriptive gore and brutality to boot.

Don't really care about too many specifics other then what's been said above, along with the novel progressing well at a decent pace. Give me something of substance, that stands out from the rest of it's kind. I've consumed so many novels from this site, some of which aren't on my reading list as of right now. So hopefully you guys can give me something new!

I've read RI, and wmw before you even rec it.

not exactly to order but My House of Horror.
though the MC doesn't necessarily do anything himself, he does sick his ghosts on other people. some of the later scenarios he's gone through are full of gore and body parts.

It's not super gory, but the MC does kill a lot (First arc is slow, but the story really picks up after that.)

Mc is a Seer(Divinator) and rational guy. Novel is full of suspense and mystery and for powering up characters really need to kill and eat their precipitated remains of power.

Already got The devil's cage on the backburner. Lord of Mysteries started off quite slow and boring, but i should give it another go. I figured atleast one person would rec Invisible Dragon. Lmao
