    Sorry I am replying so late. Before I accept, I want to mention that I am able to speak and read Korean fluently, but I don't have experience translating. Because of that I may be slow at the start before I get the hang of it. If u do accept me, then can you tell me more about what novel is being translated and what generally the pay will be?

    Find a Korean novel that you like then apply to join a small website e.g. Whitesalts. After a few months use your portfolio to apply to a bigger website eg Wuxiaworld

    Alternately, if you don't care about getting paid and just want to TL something, A couple of hours of basic HTML and you should be a-OK to set up a basic Wordpress site of your own, complete with free Wordpress hosting.
