    not all of customer services is bad.... but many of them is so bad. one of them made me wait for one hour to answering my question. but i still okay with it. at least my problem is got resolved.
    the most bad is from xxxxxx company. their CS can only answer, please wait. please wait. please wait. we will fix it in the future. and after waited for many hours, even after the next day, and the next day. finally got resolved. after three or four days, it's happened again. after i complaint again, the answer is still same, please wait and there's no real solution:blob_catflip:

    because how they're answering my questions have the same patterns, i thought it's a bot. so i send them some dirty words. surprisingly they can got mad too..:blobrofl:

    note : i'm a premium user at xxxx company. not a free user.

    They put me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on me.

    How about you search for a job in their customer service department, and experience how it is.

    Once I called CS and it connect, but he/she just left me hanging, I hear voice in background and I called several times, after 2-3 min, he/she hanged up, I tried several times, same thing happen...
    Welp...

    Little different but was working as Customer Service at walmart a long time ago and someone shit all over a isle and we had to try to detain someone who was clearly under the influence and call the cops.

    As for any call centers, if I get patched to anywhere outside of the US i give up on getting good service.

    the worst one i had, was when they keep me passing to another guy that i i have to wait 10 mins each between people and at the end they hung up... the best one was when i called then i somehow fixed it myself

    I've been on both sides of this discussion. XD

    However, if you are paying some serious Tubmans, then you should get bang for buck. If they ain't doing it or you, then make a complaint, keep a log of your calls....and then try and get free stuffs from them as compensation. >_>

    Here are a few that happened to me.
    Had one person ignore me for over an hour while helping people that came in after me then told me to leave since they were closing.
    I was left on hold for over 3 hours and then treated like I was an idiot and was hung up on.
    Waitress took an hour before they took my order, served me cold food, and left my glass empty despite walking past my table 2 dozen times and then complained that she wasn't left a tip.

    It's alright at least from the ones that I experienced.

    ISP provider saying sorry when a thing shut down locally and that it would take a while was my worst but otherwise I have always gotten my problem fixed...... ... ...
    Expect for one time when I got a person who knew nothing about what their program even is capable of and they had to pass me onto their technicians... So they would get the point I was making...
