Hey guys I got $20 and a few dollars to buy something. My bro has a PS4 and I’ve been wanting to play a video game. I’ve already seen all the spoilers for the persona 5 game. And I know all about the other persona games as well. So playing the game would be boring because I already know what’s going to happen. But I’m tempted to buy P5 anyways just for the music and characters. Don’t recommend Danganronpa because I’ve already seen the games and I’m too deep in this franchise. I don’t know much about video games but I like story driven stuff as well as solving a mystery. And of course, having awesome battles. Well, you guys got the gist of what I want. As well as my budget for this video game.
I'd recommend Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain. Cheaper copies range from $10-$20. Not too sure if it's the awesome battles you want(lots of stealthing in this game), but it's a pretty amazing game with a long story and a lot of stuff to do in general. There are also battles, but those are pretty much full-blown shootouts.
Nier automata, witcher 3, God of war, Horizon zero dawn and metal gear solid phantom Payne, little big planet 3, uncharted 4 and last of us remastered are the best ones from the top of my head. Plus they aren't really recent so I think most would fit your budget
I recommend buying something in a genre which you haven't played before. So No Rpg's or Fps's. Try something Indie or multiplayer. How about a horror-themed game?
When you said you already know danganronpa and stuff. Do you also know the zero escape series? If not, its from the same company and pretty interesting mystery over all id say. Maybe not go all in for the triology and only take the first two games. You'll spent a few hours in these id say.

Since you want ps4 games, than you can't pirate it from the internet. I suggest you Warframe, a good f2p game. As a Veteran, I can help you. The community in the game can help too. It's the only game community where toxicity is basically nonexistent. It's a really good game.
