What skills are you looking in that proofreader?

 

He/She must have read this novel's previous chapters, a native speaker will be better, the proofreader will mainly help me correct some grammar mistakes, inappropriate expressions, and wrong names. It doesn't matter if the proofreader has no experience.

 

Might want to put 'Native Japanese Speaker', might just be me but took me a second to realise you're not looking for an English editor/proofreader. ^_^
