Girl meets guy. They spend time together everyday, until they become close friends. They text a lot, voice chat and have fun together (as in, playing games). Guy admits he has feelings for girl, but girl doesn’t accept because she thinks of him as a little brother (also because he’s younger). Guy understands, they both continue spending time together without mentioning what happened. Girl gradually starts caring for guy more and more, until she realizes she likes him too. Guy asks girl out, she accepts and they spend more time together. Guy keeps having mood swings, and she realizes guy is not on the same maturity level as her, along with his toxicity. They fight, she tries her best helping him through his mood swings and lack of confidence, but he ends up giving up on the relationship. He suggests they remain as friend, since “You can’t handle my mood swings and can’t change me.” Girl is hurt, she accepts his suggestion and cuts him off from her life since she knows she wouldn’t be able to move on if they remained in touch. She unfollows him, deletes their convos, stop talking to him. Still, girl cries every time she remembers his voice and the moments they spent together. So my question is... how do you get over heartbreak, and what to do?

I never passed the relationship part so I don't know how a heartbreak feels but I can tell you how to stop a rejected heart from hurting. I once confessed to my cousin that I like her and she rejects me. I knew that our relationship isn't meant to be so we still talk and be friends but talking to her was really painful. I never had anyone to tell me to recover from rejection so I began to think about things to forget about her so I started to play Dating sim games. I was really bad at the game since i was an idiot when understanding girls but it was the only thing that kept me company and recover from the rejection.
To go out with friends, don't stay alone and give free hugs. Guy will never dissapear, but is not the only guy in the world. And doing exercise. Muscular pain will be more effective than mental pain. And if the problem persist, search professional help.

Heartbreak? Call the girls or best girl friend and heartbreak together with lots of icecream and alcohol, while listening to heartbreaking musics and so on and all about guys being jerks and etc XD Well, if u really really can't get over the guy and are very desperate. In the whole world there are many many many very very very similar guys, who have the same atmosphere or are even 90% similar to that guy..... just difficult to find them or if ur lucky, u will find him XD
Talk with friends who haven't experienced the same heartbreak. They won't understand how it feels, but they'll do their absolute best to cheer you up because they still know how much you're hurting. You get more helpless with cheering people up the more you've been hurt, unless you learn to really get over everything that life throws at you.
