When you view anime as long commercials to promote light novels. It becomes harder for you to get disappointed. Peace!
I’m not disappointed with magi’s grandson...I already knew it was the Big Mac of anime... I am disappointed wit Versatile Mage...they didn’t even give a sh!t. None. Sucks so bad...
You mean the one where the dude can use both Fire and lightning? Look at One Punch Man Season 1. The budget was ridiculous. Not in actual cash but the director invented his friends who are celebrity animators and directors for the project. The true cost for each episode is probably $1 million each or even more. That cannot happen all the time. I have learnt to be tolerant. Besides, I am tired of being a consumer. I want to produce content. When I produce anime, it wont be available for streaming. I will sell DVDs or per episode like iTunes downloads
Yeah...but they’re up to season 3. And the quality has improved per season...but season 3 looks...bad...think Star Blazers bad. I know Chinese studios can put out quality stuff...look at King’s Avatar. But it is SO bad!
Kenja no Mago might not be the best anime ever, but it'll last me through the season. Well, I've read the plot twice already (novel and manga), so forgive me if I'm not too excited. On the other hand, any story that I am willing to watch the third time is a good one. I think the tomboyish red-haired girl would be too much of a cliche. Pretty much every MC has a tsundere main girl like that. Having a dere-dere main girl Sicily is a nice change. Not having all the other girls form a harem is a nice change too. Having actually memorable male characters apart from MC is a stroke of genius. I think they meant to follow the way MC sees her. No, if you aren't enjoying it from the start, you will not enjoy it later. The cast is a bit too big and too sane for the author to give them too much depth. The characters get fleshed out a little, but that's all.
Oh know it will. I heard something like the LN sold 3 million copies and the anime was well received in Japan so I expect our otaku overlords to let me down again.
The voice acting of the characters were good, like the one where the grandpa acts cute or says that he forgot to teach common sense because he want to explore the mc' depth.
