I was wondering what happens if the opening post of a thread somehow gets lost in the depths of the forum. Who knows, maybe we can test it. What do you think? Btw, can we test it? Or the second poster becomes next thread maker and opening poster
When a fish bites on a nonexistent hook, both the fish and the hook vanished. But that is not to say that they cease to exist. It simply means that somewhere, there is a fish biting on a nonexistent hook. But because the hook isn't there, it created a conundrum. To understand how this works, put someone who you know started a thread on ignore. The entire thread will be gone, for you. But for others, it is still there. The others can give you the link to the thread and you can view it, but until you unignore the person, you will not be able to see this thread other than through direct link. As for if the opening post is deleted? The entire thread is completely gone. Poof!
been there done that, the fish nibbles until you have it hanging in the air. when you decide to reach out for it, only then it realises that the bait isn't worth the tackle and drops back into the lake.
by what i see from the OP, it's doesn't matter if there is or not an opening post since the thread is hijacked the moment you made it.....
A thread can exist without an opening post. It just requires a very in-depth knowledge of how coding works. I now leave you with blobs.
there such case here on nuf Game section It make us realized just how much time we wasted on nuf to even know such thing
