The new design is cleaner and allows better access to adding novels to reading list(s) and a nice touch to the experience and saves time (no matter how minuscule it is) and also helps in finding my desired novels
Also happy advance anniversary to NU

 

Filtering true, but in searches you can, and you can then exclude or include from your lists

 

Can I get a dark mode for the main page? Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night to read on NU it pierces my eyes and my soul.

Edit #3: sadly, i cant seem to see the old function(??) (it was in series finder for me) but after a while of getting used to,, I actually found myself liking the new look now,, thanks for the update!(?)

Am i the only one who doesnt really like the new look? ;; I used to be able to see the tags (like for example, under the tags, I usually put a whole bunch of tags (with OR) and i used to be able to see which novels had exactly the tags i want without clicking the novel itself) but the current look seems to have removed that option,, or is it just me? (I use phone btw) I mean,, the new look is neat but i find it more inconvenient (at least for me at the moment) to place a bunch of tags tgt to try and find a novel with some-most of the tags (I dont want to use AND because thats way too specific and its really really hard to find novels that way)

idk abt computer though but i used be able to see it on phone
though tbh its kinda okay w/o it since the new look is actually pretty nice (just need a lil getting used to at least for me)

Pretty sure you can change those colors in the List Settings or in the Global Settings, this pure white thingy should be changeable.

 

it has always been like that for a long time. clicking on the header gets it sorted. though i don't understand how the chapter sorting mechanism is being worked out (i think it is bugged), the sorting by groups and title is working fine, and i use them regularly to better which group releases what and how many on that page, or which series has most releases

@AliceShiki is right. that's your reading list highlight color, not from the dark mode crisp.
go to reading list --> global setting. the one on your screenshot looks like "highlight My Status release"

@Tony can you kindly put descriptions on different genres? Up to this day, I am still confused with the Xuanhuan genre. Maybe it is the Chinese/eastern take on fantasy, I take?
