Hi, I am looking for cultivation novels where the MC is trying to find his mother. It could be that he still has a mother, but she is not his birth mother. The birth mother is missing because she was taken away, abandoned him, or maybe thought he was dead. I also tend to enjoy harem novels, so while that isn't necessary, it would be a bonus.
I’m not trying to be mean but maybe don’t bother. Though it’s cool its a trope that in the end the mother stops caring or becomes a background character... =/
Talisman Emperor Spoiler MC is trying to find both parents, but mother is primary goal. Mother left the MC his cheat while father just seemed to have abandoned the remnants of the family. As of 1200ish chapters, he's still "not strong enough" yet to confront his mother's clan about it. Imperial God Emperor Spoiler MC thought he's an orphan due to his parents dying fighting off a beast zerg rush on the city (prior to the story starting), but later encounters several situations which vaguely implies that either they didn't die or those weren't really his parents. I paused reading in the high-600s chapters, so I don't know what's his situation at the current 1000+ chapters. Note, the search for his parent's isn't a significant driving goal in this story.

Thank you for all the recommendations. Half of this is to find new novels, the other being that I remember a novel where this was a big focus. I swear at this point most of these novels are blurring together. Love nine star though, too bad I already caught up with the raws.
