    those guys going premium? weren't they the ones who's novels quality were no different from mtl from what I've read?

    I've heard the same, and I've found that it isn't applied to all of their novels.. Some are decent and others are quite.... tragic..

    yup.. I think I'm not the only one who found the similarities between their recent activity and Qidian International from before.. so it's actually just a matter of time for us to find them change name to "WebnovelNG".. :blobsweat_2:

    Hmm, if I recall they were just starting up hence why the translations were shite, That's the excuse they used when people complained about quality so if they were just starting up and stuff why would they go premium? Sounds like a poor excuse for quality.

    Is it actually Premium? Or are they going for something like Patreon/Donation/etc with advanced chapters?:hmm:
    Just try to check their sites, and not really see anything yet. Even check their social medias, but also nothing yet. Just wait till the end like we did for Q before they going full sh*tty liars, don't bring out the pitchforks yet.
    Unlike Q, Tapread/Zongheng didn't go "Xianxia MC's personality" and acted like "King of the Novel World", but silencing doing their businesses. So I don't think there is a need for any hate toward them, at least until we can see if they will become Q 2.0, then that's a different matter. Not every Chinese Company can be that retard after they have a "Prime Example" being Q, right?

    Well.. I checked their website and it looks like a carboncopy of a certain not-to-be-mentioned-company's site and now going premium.

    I'm not a fan of the premium system and wonder how they will implement it. Adding a price to formerly free things retrospectively just because it became popular is just a bad business practice. (Though it would be different for limited resources in the real world.)

    Since I haven't started reading new novels recently nor does my reading list contain any from zongheng, there's no problem at all. :blobpopcorn_cool:

    Does anyone have a list of the decently translated novels on Tapread? I don't really have the patience anymore to separate the wheat from the chaff, but wouldn't mind checking out some decent novels on their website.

    Most of the decently translated novels there are dual-hosted, which meant that they were trasnlated by another site, and were just published there like Atg for example, and it will be better to just go to the translator's site.
