Radiants are unaware of those in their team and those who aren't, while dires have a secret night chat and are totally aware of their comarades. The way for radiants to win is to kill all the dires successfully, the way for dires is to kill all radiants successfully. BUT. Radiants can only vote to kill during Day Phase. So can the dires. At night phase, radiants without Power roles have no other work. Dires can vote in their night chat on whom to kill during night phase as well.
