I haven't read BL novel, but I can recommend you stalking killing webtoon if you like an ml with screw loose (if you like reading comics though). That was the first bl I ever read and I like it very much especially the art is awesome!

I haven't read them, but 2 other webtoons I've heard about: obey me and the other one is warehouse. I don't know i it's mc or ml who is crazy in warehouse, as I said I never read either one, but people have said they get a killing stalking vibes from them. Obey me is on lezhin an i think warehouse is on tapas
The webtoon Blood Bank has a good story, but the ML isn't exactly crazy... Nor is the MC. Still would recommend though.
I would consider both the mc and ml crazy in warehouse lol, but yeah it’s the ml. Obey me ml is definitely crazy like super...and yes the both do have a killing stalking vibe, so I second these ^^
Another webtoon, once again haven't read is one called psycho. it's on the app/site webcomics. you get coins for checking in everyday, watching videos and even just being on the app/site so it should be easy to read hopefully. I hope these suggestions were helpful even though I never read any of them

Warehouse is in fact is much more better than obey me. They did some twist in obey me which is the amnesia part for the mc. But it was coersion, imprisonment, raped and kidnapping in the end. Warehouse came first, I read it back when I'm still in high school and just recently got completely traslated. In fact, mc and ml in Warehouse have mutual feeling for each others. The ending is good as well. Very satisfying The webtoon painter of the night really have good aesthetic arts. And the smex scenes were hot . The ml there was already Confirmed to have mental Illness, which tortured ml as of the present. The end of the road webtoon is a treasure. It doesn't have smex scene but that's the best one to read. Killing stalking ain't yaoi enough. For most it's crimes and killing. Ml is a serial killer. Mc for a fact is an obessed stalker. He did have sex with mc though. But I think it's to satisfy his ego. Then what about Similar Terms. It's a short webtoon. But men~ it has very unexpected turn of events. Hogu Hagyeongsu webtoon is also the same. This webtoon is so fucked up, I wanted to smashed my computer when I'm reading this. Psycho also have mangas as well. Anyways... For novels. For Crazy ml. The. From Sickly Tyranical is the most sicko! Makes you wanna grab mc and run away with him. But that novel is great! Tried RPG as well. From Spoilers I read, men this novel is creepy as hell. I don't know, cause don't want to read raws. They said ml there is everywhere. Hehehe Need to Propose to Seven Men What to Do! If it's crazy mls. Then, this novel will satisfy you. A Wave of Exes Came Looking for Me. What to Do?! - this is a post system novel. Almost the same as scum Shou. But this time mls came all at once. Which is kind of a thriller. Hihihi. The Pervert and the Yandere– this is a short one. But it will truly satisfy you for having a yandere mc and perverted stalker ml. Transmigrated into the World of “Demon Lord Wu Zun” The Palaces of the Twelve Sacred Beasts- this is also novel where mc was sexually tortured by mls. I haven't read it though. Well I just include it. I don't know if it's good. End of the World [ABO] - this ain't a good one. But it certainly has a crazy ml. Thrive in Catastrophe - I can't tell if ml is crazy but he sure have issues. Try it though. Supper recommended. This is one of the best apocalypse bl there is. Reborn into A Slash Game- Long Qi again. Try Game Loading as well. Reborn As a System- from Long Qi again. Ml here is crazy but maintained. The Marshals Want to Get Divorced- how about a DID ml where he wanted to kill off himself to get mc? Crazy right. I and My Husband Sleep in a Coffin - ml is certainly crazy here.
