Yes. Of course, while he's weaker, he's more of a Crowd Control unit than a Tank or DPS. The MC won't pull out biggatons of damage, but they'll reveal to their enemies that the princess was in another castle all along and contribute to the team like that.

The Man Who Sold the World (Bloodborne/Multi SI)
SI was in Bloodborne, and finished the game to obtain godly powers, and then is transported to the DC universe. Story starts in DCU, with the first few chapters being exposition on his time on Bloodborne. Hops around universes like Witcher, Warhammer 40k, etc...
Favorite part about this story is that he interacts with so many characters. It's nice seeing their reactions.
Never played Bloodborne, but it was still easy to follow the story.

Far Strider (OC-Insert/MTG/GoT/SW)
SI finds himself in GOT as a planes walker. Starts off weak, but progressively gets stronger(ramps up quite fast). Most of the time is spent in GoT universe, and the story has just recently entered SW.

I, Scion [Worm Silly AU]
Quick story on SI as Scion. Is connected to Security by same author, but not needed to understand this story.

This is changing as the writer(s) implement more and more of Rule of Cool as the last say in what is possible to happen. At the beginning of the story SI was found out for being super frail when he gets injured during their crossing of Reverse Mt. and it still hasn't healed even after couple of hours, when a native would take 20-30 minutes for the same.

Latest updates have his strength grown to measure in tons and he is able to battle quite well. For example because of how Strawhats advance through Grand Line he will only be able to deal with Named Elite Mooks so to speak but returning to a prior point of their journey would place him at Monster Trio level. This is all top of my head since neither OP nor This Bites! have an actual measurable power ranks. And one of the omakes implies the 2 year timeskip will benefit him greatly in the strength department.

 

Well, if you don't mind a lot of sex (removed in the FF version) you can try Beginning a New Path. It's actually pretty good, at least the first half of it. Basically an AU Harry Potter becomes OP, then goes to Buffy, becomes even more OP, then goes to Stargate, becomes even MORE OP, then becomes GOD, then just messes around doing random shit, at which point it becomes sort of pointless and silly, but the first half is good.
