Question How op does mushoku tensei get at the end?

Demon lord level? Deity level? Omnipotent Level? Upper multiversal Omnipotence level?

 

Not the most overpowered being but OP enough to get seventh place in the most powerful beings ranking

 

he gets not op. he is strong, but they make it clear that his best is not good enough to be THE best.

He was quite strong at the end compared to normal humans, but he was not the strongest

 

He's quite powerful but not the strongest. His ranked the 7th actually. I'd put him a bit below demon lord level actually

 

Seriously. Rudeus is not OP. He has his power armor, he somehow can use gravity magic like his counterpart, albeit a little bit. Compared to Orsted? He is powerless. Rudeus is strong as an artillery. His real power is how he gathered people together and created something bigger than what the era can bring. He advanced magic studies with help, he made transportation through continents faster, he solved the issue of mana loss with mana potions.

if he were to fight a demon lord face to face head on he'd lose but if you give him time he can probably gold em off desu

 

Almost disappointing to be honest, he's too timid.

OP? He never became one. He was touted as the strongest human and the greatest earth mage and his lessons about chantless casting allowed him to have regular income apart from what he did for Rustead or whatever the dragon god's name was (last Ai-chan read was like 4 years ago).

Depending on his preparations, he can either be extremely strong or very weak. He shaved off a lot of dragon god's power in that one battle that the dragon god had to conserve his power for decades. He thought he lost the battle, but if you consider that you've seriously beaten down the strongest person in the world who had already gone through hundreds (thousands?) times playing the exact same game, that's a very big accomplishment. Sure, he lost the battle, but had this been a fair fight with that kind of preparation, Rudeus could've won.

It's like someone being told to compete in Starcraft 2 against a pro with years of experience and top of the line rig with fast internet while being equipped with Pentium 4 4GB RAM on dial up while having only played Starcraft 2 twice before.
