Guys, do you remove the stingers before eating bees?

I mean, the stinger adds some nice spice and a little bit of extra adventure. But without the stinger, you can shove a handful of bees into your mouth and snack on 'em like popcorn.

I know it's weird but hear me out. Bees are full of protein.

We bee eaters promote saving the bees... because if there are no bees how are you going to eat them? Bee eaters are great people.

I think it's more salty but maybe I season it too much. What do ants taste like?

You gotta start off with newly hatched ones to train your teeth. They're stingers are quite brittle and cheewy. After a while your mouth will eventually stop feeling numb, red, bleeding and bloated and you can move up to full grown adults.

I recommend dipping them in Honey so Jr tastes a bit like sweet and sour chicken

Hmn. If its salty, maybe adding tomato would add a sweetening flavor or you could go for mayo for the extra soury taste.

Ooh I like tomatoes good idea.

I haven't eaten bee larvae before but sounds like it'd make a good sauce. Or extra protein smoothie. Mmmm...

Welcome to the world of bee eating

Personally, I like to remove the stingers to separate the venom, and then use it in the marinade before BBQing my bee's.

    Stinger cooking tips?
Common misconception. Bee eaters are for the saving of bees for we will be the saddest if there are no more bees to eat.

What pleb discards the stinger? That's like eating shawarma without all the sauces they put on it.

Also, what kind of bees are your favourite to eat?
    I prefer leafcutter bees.

I like honeybees. They're a little sweeter. But sadly they're kinda hard to find these days.
