Discussion Have you ever had 2+ people like you?

So I’ve been watching/reading a lot of romance novels and with it there’s almost always a second love interest..which piqued my interest on how many people actually have had 2 or more people chasing/liking them irl if so how was ur experience because I’ve never seen such a scenario happen irl LMAO

 

I've seen that happen in real life before but not to me because I happen to be a poor raijuu :v
but the competition between the girls for this dude was fierce, I think they actually sabotaged and injured each other. poor dude with crazies after him smh

now real answer, i don't know if someone loved me like that irl like in those harem novels, but my friend had 3 that i know, chased him... it was actually funny and very stressful to give them advice on the same person in different part of the day... and it was somehow chaotic after sometime for my friend

 

I believe, I had tho what do you mean by chasing?, in my case they merely smile and open to chat and very much like for you to ask them to going somewhere (alone) and they wouldn't mind if you rather ..... like hugging, talking very close to ear, drinking alcohol in the same cup, ...etc such petty details, ,,,and the finisher going to BANG home or hotel. That's why cheating's common nowadays

 

It happened to me, I know purely because I had broken up with my girlfriend at the time who still liked me and was asked out by another girl (I turned her down). So nothing actually came from it. No intense love triangle or drama ridden plot, I didn’t even go to school as them, though they were friends and went to the same school, so it could have been full on battles to the death and I wouldn’t know.
Though that was when I was 14, so I would very much doubt anything like the high school dramas depicted would have happened, kids that age barely hold a giggle at the mention of genitalia.

 

I'd 5 girls in the middle school...that I knew.
Edit: Also, in the high school had 2 guys liking me.

Yeah it can happen, and no it doesn't usually cause drama. Is it just interest, or more than that? Do they actually actively chase you? Do they know each other? Do they know it of each other? Would it ever go beyond bottled up feelings? The answer to all or most of these questions is probably no. Depends on age and environment and all that jazz of course. And on how crazy people in your circles are.

Reality is boring 95% of the time, and better than fantasy 5% of the time. Well, "better" ... but that's another subject, other anecdotes. The situation I thought of related to this thread was boring.

 

You made the right questions. Its more normal two guys liking the same girl (chasing) than inverse, this I did see only 2 times.

 

Hmmmmmmmmmm. Quite a few people have been interested in me at a time.
Though nothing stressful has ever happened.
Because I’m not some desperate oaf. I have morals. So I kind of pick who to progress further with.
And when that doesn’t work out well, I go back to see how it would feel for the other guys who liked me.
And test things out...

But I’m sad. I keep choosing the wrong people and dropping the right people. And after too many drops, you can’t pick it back up lol.

I happen to land on the JP troupe of getting a harem. In elementary, there was 4-5 girls who like me but didn't fight because they knew that they needed to deal with my denseness first. But i was currently chasing my cousin at that time so i couldn't love any other girl at that time.

There's also in HS where i made two transfer students like me for some reason(i don't know why they like me since i wasn't attractive) but i firmly rejected them both because of the same reason as in elementary.

Yes, but you usually don’t find out about the other girls who like you until you are single again and they see that the opportunity is available.

 

3 and it was back in highschool totally terrible if I talked to one person or tried to date one person other two pissed it was more drama than anything nice

 

I dated two guys and a girl at one point without me knowing the whole time. I got slapped by the girl in the end. I thought that we were just really good friends..... I am now slightly traumatized.
