Anyone here familiar with activating and deactivating touchpads of laptops? basically my problem is i deactivated my touchpad and some accident made some of my keyboard keys broken (by some i mean most from the left is broken, q,a,z,w,s,x,1,2,3 etc.) but it can be solve with external keyboard, unfortunately my Fn key is at the left side, now i can't activate my touchpad which is Fn + f9, is there a software that will let me control all laptop special functions? (like turning up brightness, volume and the most important thing activating and deactivating my touchpad)

Note 1: Maybe there is a place i can activate my touchpad from setting like, brightness and volume that are in the control panel and desktop mini icons respectively. The keyboard doesn't have Fn key

Note 2: If your wondering why not use a USB mouse, I already am using one, but its inconvenient since i have to carry my clunky keyboard everywhere, need to at least make my laptop bag less bulgy.

Is there any places you can bring it out to repair?

I'm confused, why not use the onscreen keyboard's function key? Or you can use a key macro...

you should be able to enable or disable the touchpad in the settings.
did you try the on-screen keyboard?
you can also set or unset fn functionality in settings of the os or in bios. go to the settings and set f1-f12 to behave as fn

Not sure if you've solved it already but, there should be an option/icon hidden away somewhere in the Control Panel that lets you turn it on and off, under Mouse Properties, I think.
