Saitama Super Hero Training is just basically a parody of any anime that has power-levels such as Naruto, Bleach, Dragon Ball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, or anything else along those lines.

Plus, it may be something exclusive to people around Saitama level when he first started out so it less likely if someone was way above his level try to do the same thing it might not work the same it did for him or even work at all.

perhaps you are doing it wrong? I mean if my 70-year-old grandma can do it.... Running long distance is a different beast from running short distances. You gotta regulate the pace and such. Plenty of people do it, so it is empirically proven that it's possible.

What's pace got to do with calves? By Earth not being flat here I meant it's hilly as fuck. Running on flat surface is easy. Running slow is easy.
It is strange for most people. I get sick relatively easily but since I'm staying kinda fit and eat healthy I can manage about a year without getting sick. Most people get sick about twice a year, sickly people way more.

It's got to do with the strain on muscles, as the faster you run, the more your muscles are strained. As for running up the hills... normally you wouldn't do that, as running serves a different purpose, at least not for long-distance runs.

For a beginner there may be some challenges.
Can we all do 100 push-ups. Most would say yes if they were given enough time to take breaks between sets. But can you do 100 consecutive push-ups?
    I for one cant.
Squats are easy if body weight for any somewhat active person.
    Sit ups are the same.

No way for push ups. The most I could do at once is 25, if I got buffed I could probably go for 60. Only with super buff can you do 100

I could rum about 1.5 kms without stopping but I do HIIT because it saves me time. I see no reason of doing 10 km to get a ripped body by running more than 4 kms tbh. The 3-4 hours means like I run for 20 secs and walk for 2-4 minutes.

I think the number of pushups should be infinite
