Going to go with My Disciple Died Yet Again.
It's cultivation, a whole lot of comedy, romance, and a satisfying amount of action after the end of the first arc. Fully translated. MC is hilarious and wouldn't hesitate to beat anyone to a pulp to teach them a lesson. She's heroic and helps others in need. But she has a solid bottom line: she shouldn't take other people's lives. It's very interesting to watch her go about her goals and deal with problem people in a way which doesn't result in their death.

Another one I liked was The Earth is Online. This is a survival post-apocalyptic novel. There are no zombies or what not. Instead, the novel focuses on logic based games and brain teasers. It's very creative and interesting to read, and the cast of characters are all unique and endearing.

A third one is I Love This World. It's an English novel, completed (though it's sequel is on hiatus). It is a mixture and fantasy and sci fi elements, as the MC is a scientist trying to figure out his way around a medieval magic based world. He has psychopathic tendencies but as the novel goes on, he learns to be more human and be selfless.

There are also many good ones among the 'Recommendations' of these novels that I have not yet tried.
