    His sense of direction is bad. We all know that. However, that is exactly why he would "find" it. The Straw Hat crew would arrive, maybe explore a bit, discover it's an abandoned island, find the treasure, and then leave after a few days in search of One Piece.

    Note, Robin is sick and couldn't leave the ship to explore with them.

    So, what do you think??

    Zoro would likely make the ship warp directly into Raftel however the crew didn't know this is the legendary island so they set sail again and wander the sea forever........

    But you can find it by going to the opposite direction zoro is going.

    That's not how negation works.

    When you tell zoro to go somewhere, you only know that way is the wrong way.
    You can not tell him not to go to raftel. Luffy can do way better job than zoro can. Because Luffy always shows up in the right place on the most opportune time even though he will get lost along the way.

    Just a theory:
    If you checked the earlier episodes of One Piece, Zoro is able to reach his destination without getting lost. He even arrives earlier than Luffy. However, it all changes during the episode where he receives a new sword, a cursed sword that kills its user. To prove to the shop owner that he is the luckiest man, Zoro throws the sword in the air and sticks his hand out. If the sword hits he can't swing a sword again due to missing a limb. The result, the sword misses. When he went to find Luffy, he gets lost. Theory: The curse sword is trying to kill him through misdirection. Anyways, if Zoro didn't have his curse sword he can easily reach his destination since he believes that he is a lucky man.
    Since he doesn't want to part with his sword then I say no Zoro can't make it. I think it is unlikely for Zoro to be the navigator (unless the author has other plans).

    Didn't get lost --> Usopp's arc when they battle the bad guys. (episode 12)
    Curse sword/when Zoro get lost --> Logue Town episode when the crew had money to spend and they explore the town where Gold D. Roger was executed. (episode 49-50)

    That’s a very good observation. I want to pull up the flash back of how he met those two companions by also being lost, but whether that is cannon or not is debatable.

    Remember that island with that 1 dude stuck in a barrel or treasure chest? That was raftel. One Piece isnt in the new world, but the old.
