    I think it 辟谷 means something like fasting or not needing to eat, probably a pill that makes it so you don't get hungry and need to eat food for a period of time.

    Maybe:
    Fasting Pill
    Warding Hunger Pill / Hunger-warding Pill

    Something like that

    They're basically meal replacement pills like the Senzu Beans from Dragonball without the wound recovery effect. In some cultivation novels, it's used by low-level cultivators who can't survive just from breathing qi.
