Are you supposed to understand it? I would just skip the word and look for the pictures instead...

And I've never found one... :blobjoy:

Easiest novel to understand in MTL Daoist gu.
MTL is easy to understand if you know the world and characters

With passion. Read 'em for the sake of the future. So that you will know if you will drop the shit out or if it is worthy for your time.

Just compare the english translation to the mtl and you will make sense how it is structured. If you can't, I sorry you don't have the talent. It's mostly intuitive.

Just patch up the random words.
I usually get it after reading the whole sentence.
But not those words of wisdom kinda thing.

I honestly can’t stand mtl sometimes. Sometimes, they have an excellent proofreader. And sometimes.............

I was among those hungry for more DE when it was being tled. Vast skim "reading" to just get the general sense of the story took away the itch without keeping me from wanting to read the translations for the details. Only way I could stand it.

lnmtl? i actually find google translate more understandable than that.. :hmm:
and yeah i agree with the skimming.. u dont need to know all details... u just need to imagine the bigger picture(?)..
if u still having trouble with the one ur currently reading, find another one that's easier to mtl hahaha!

Sometimes, I talk with people with bad grammar. So, I could read some novels with decent mtl quality. You just kind of get used to it.

After awhile, your brain gets used to it and starts automatically switching words around in the sentences to compensate for the terrible grammar.
It makes it do that for normal good grammar stuff too, so it's not worth it.

English is not my first language, so the grammar(not the worst one) usually didn't bother me to read and understand the story plus the urge to know what happens next instead of waiting for new chap.

You can get a general idea of the plot by what the MTL gives you.

If you wanna try to actually understand what happens though... Try editing that translation into something readable, you'd be surprised by how much more you understand about the chapter when you try to edit it into something that makes sense.

That's how I started translating before I tried to improve my Japanese, it surprisingly works~
