1.Qi condensation (in some novel it start with purification stage )
    2. Foundation stage .
    3. Core formation .
    4. Nasent soul .
    5. Soul serving .
    6. Earth immortal
    7. Sky immortal
    8. Heaven immortal
    And so .
I want to known what's new ability we get in each stage like what's the increase in life span , what's the characteristics of each stage in detail .
After heaven immortal is there is above stage ??
And my last curiosity is how wizard level works and what's their peculiarities in each level .
Plus if you known about any wiki or fandom or glossary about related this question , please do share link .

Why there is alot of people asking this lately, as if the thing is set in stone?
Those stages are just used as a reference as lots of people/readers/authors are lazy to think up something, and honestly many authors do change the details even if they use them, I don't really know what you are expecting asking that as if the thing is a real thing, you see some authors would change said realms to levels (like level1, 2, 3, etc...) some would use other names entirely with different details to them like this for example (from a game and honestly I like those realms better than most mentioned realms in novels):
    • Losing Self
    • Gathering Chi
    • Opening Chi
    • Revolving Chakra
    • Raising Light
    • Five Dragons
    • Sun and Moon
    • Golden Blossoms
    • Elemental Crown
    • Floral Crown
    • Crimson Snake
    • Golden Lotus
    • Humble Master
    • Little Master
    • Hermit
    • Projected Soul
    • Dissolved Body
    • Immortal
    • Heaven's Gate
    • Heavenly Immortal
    • Immortal Spirit
As for a wiki fandom, you can see this

So, it depends on the type of Cultivation novel, and wizard novel, but generally Cultivation is more powerful, because near the end of Cultivation, they are pretty much Gods, but I can say that wizards are more powerful at the start, because they typically have more options/skills/magic they can use at the start, whereas most Cultivation novels only allow 1-3 skills per level, it's just all their current Cultivation allows

To be fair, most wizards have some predetermined lifespan, usually 100 years, possibly 300 or so if magic halts aging. Half of the point of Cultivation is to increase your lifespan, so I doubt we've seen a wizard at full power.

Read the novel to find out what you get in each stage... then read a different one to find out about the levels in that novel.

Unless the novel is written by the same author in the same universe and they deign to follow the same system or perhaps someone is using a previously established system made by another author you aren't going to fins many similarities aside from perhaps names of the levels.

If everyone followed the same system with the same benefits the genre would have gotten old even quicker than it actually did, but that's just me.

    It varies greatly from novel to novel but for the most part;

1.Qi condensation [The cultivator starts gathering Qi or spiritual energy into their bodies, be it in qi gathering organs, in a dantian region, or in a qi aperture. At this stage the qi is in a loose gaseous or mist like stage. In that state it can't produce powerful attacks, but it's enough to defeat most non cultivators.]

    2. Foundation stage [The cultivator keeps gathering Qi until it can't fit anymore and is therefore condensed into a liquid state. Proper technique or aid is crucial because if done wrong could hurt or kill the cultivator. The level of success could lead to a drop, a tiny pond, a lake, or a sea of qi inside the body of the cultivator. Now they can use and create more powerful attacks that put the previous stage to shame.]

    3. Core formation [Once again the Qi keeps gathering together until the liquid qi condenses into a solid shape. This solid qi is likewise more powerful than before.]

    4. Nasent soul [The Qi goes through a qualitative change and takes the shape of a miniature spiritual clone inside the body. This tiny clone can exist even if the body was destroyed, but would become defenseless if the body perishes. Still it is a chance at a second life in the case of death.]

    5. Soul serving [Don't remember this stage in the novels I've read, but in each stage the cultivator gets stronger and their lifespans get longer. Also there's a stage where they usually gain the ability to fly in some way this could be it in this system. Also there are stories where the qi space or aperture becomes a miniature world or universe inside the body of the cultivator and allows them to store thing or living beings inside of them.]

    6. Earth immortal [In most stories cultivation can be divided into mortal cultivation and Immortal cultivation. The moment one reaches the immortal stage, one would leave the mortal world or realm to enter a new world of immortal beings. This basically like starting from the beginning in new location with their own set of levels and rankings. The first level of this new place would be like going from being the strongest to just being an average peasant or slave.]

    7. Sky immortal [At the new realm getting stronger usually becomes harder and has to be supplemented with new systems like developing a Dao or gaining understanding of the natural Laws. This differentiates the cultivator into their own unique path and leads them towards true immortality and becoming the strongest of all. It's also likely that their physical body becomes able to regenerate from a small portion allowing them to come back from almost any injury.]

    8. Heaven immortal [True immortal elites that everything. They're like Gods or Sovereigns of the world and are few in numbers.]

    9. The protagonist usually breaks into an even more powerful realm and steps into a whole new level of power that no one has seen before.

This is how it usually goes in most stories, but it varies greatly from author to author. The basic point is that in each stage they get stronger, live longer, and it gets harder to further advance. As for wizard systems I'm not really sure. The only story that I've read lately that could be classified with such a system was Warlock of the Magus World and the protagonist of that story used a non traditional method of bloodline magic.

It depends on the novel , Warlock of Magus is the only completed book on wizards system which tell us about thier power rankings .
Instersting fact if we read some raw we will find in some wizarding novel there the character who are still apprentice in 1200 chapter (ya , it's true eg- The super dimensional wizard ) .

Moreover , at higher level both try to comprehend law in some way or other

Cultivation novels are usually stronger. The gap between cultivation realms can be unimaginably big, and the setting of a cultivation novel usually can have an insanely big multiverse, and a casual kingdom of a xianxia can be the size of the solar system. Even a low-mid ranked cultivator can usually destroy these kingdoms. Ascending to a higher cultivaiton realm could also come with insane hax, such as Dao manipulation which allows you to manipulate daos. This is self explanatory. Overall, it depends on the ficiton.

You can't compare fantasy novels with xianxia... wizards don't generally have levels, if they did they'd all be in low levels of mortal realm.
Xianxia generally follows the 3x9 system. 9 levels of mortal realm, 9 of immortal and 9 of god.
If you're talking about xuanhuan just about anything goes there, it's usually just a magified xianxia system, titles are different but everything else pretty much the same. It's not really fantasy IMO, just power smashing. Magic is about mystery and tricking the opponent, not casting some OP dimensional edge and destroying earth decimating sky lol.
