NOVEL 1: I remember that male mc was in a sect that for some reason looked down on him. I remember him being transfered from one division of a sect to another. I also think he was fighting against members of beast taming division. I think he was still being considered as one of the strongest.. NOVEL 2: Male mc, moder/futuristic world. Remember him going to a meeting with some important business man. The female receptionist was a girl he liked back in school ( she is bitchy), she later on helps him find work ( like a middle man/woman) she also tries to flirt with him when she finds out he has some power. Not sure, but I Think he was a mechanic.. not sure tho.
