So, a little background. About 6 years ago, Ai-chan worked as a school teacher at a school filled with privileged and rich kids. The students were really nice, if a bit too diligent. The parents were a pain in the ass, but they were really generous with giving money whenever we needed them for events. Ai-chan used to teach a mixed group of boys and girls of up to 40 kids in one class. Yes, that's a very huge class which was not recommended, but parents kept sending their children to that school, so the principal had to accomodate them. Ai-chan had no real problem with these children, they were very adorable. Then one day, due to a disagreement with the previous government's education policies, Ai-chan left, without informing the children that Ai-chan was quitting teaching. You see, Ai-chan was never good with goodbyes and all. Ai-chan would ruin Ai-chan's make up. And ruined makeups are really bad. Now fast forward to yesterday. Ai-chan was in a meeting to discuss about a partnership for Ai-chan's dude's company and talks about viability research came up. Ai-chan was fine doing it, but informed the other side that Ai-chan had no prior experience with such research. So the other side offered to have her daughter assist Ai-chan. She looks fairly young, and very pretty. The problem was, Ai-chan felt like Ai-chan had seen her somewhere. And she was very touchy feely. And this morning, she gives Ai-chan the silent treatment after seeing Ai-chan dine with Waiwai. Ai-chan didn't think we could work like this, so Ai-chan called her mother and ask if she could talk to the girl. But when her mother picked up the phone, you know what her mother said? Her mother said, "Oh teacher, what can I do for you?" And Ai-chan was shocked. Here, the title of 'teacher' doesn't really go away even after you quit the job. So it's normal for former teachers to be addressed as 'teacher' by their students and the parents. But how would the woman know Ai-chan was a school teacher? From the mother, Ai-chan found out that Ai-chan's assistant used to be Ai-chan's student who bawl to tears when Ai-chan simply quit one day. Her mother said the girl had an infatuation with Ai-chan, keeping pictures of Ai-chan from back then in her room. The mother suggested that Ai-chan slowly talk with the little girl since we're working together. But after listening to the mother, Ai-chan knows the problem. This girl is in love with Ai-chan and has been stalking Ai-chan since the past month. She should know that Ai-chan has a dude and dudette, but she doesn't seem to care and acts hostile towards them. She's fine with Ai-chan's little girl though. What should Ai-chan do? p/s: You're probably wondering why Ai-chan has a dude and dudette at home. It's because Ai-chan practices polygamy.
Don't lead her on. turn her down and explain so in a gentle way. if she continues to show problematic behavior then you should talk to her mom/dad about this.

I agree with turning her down. She sounds like she could be a problematic stalker. The type potentially to go real life yandere, if she won’t take “no” for an answer.
Getting everybody on the same page should be the primary goal, establishing exactly what relationship everyone has with each other. PS: Congrats in getting yourself a yandere in the making.
