Hello, previously I can search for a novel by using only part of a sentence from the title. Like, searching the word "Duke" and every possible novel that contains the word duke will be shown.. It really helps since sometimes I can't remember the title to a T. But now if I do so, it just shows error 404. My question is, is that feature unavailable for good? It helps a LOT. So I'm a bit sad that I can't search for novels by using only part of the title And sorry if my English sucks
normaly there are tags for that..... duke is a term for "nobility" and is in many novels to the point making a tag for that is usless.....most reincarnated or transported novels have a royalty system so duke appear everywhere, so you need specific tag to find the novels......
My search lets me use only part of title like u want, log out then log back in see if that fixes the problem, if it doesnt then message novel updates about the problem
That. Or trying to remember the content of the series and asking in "I'm looking for" part of the forum if they know it.
it still works. (as you can see from my screenshots below) my suggestion would be to try other browsers, or device, or connection, just to be sure it isn't any of them that's causing the errors .
Mine was like this But i wanted it to be like this... So maybe i'll try using a different browser.. or bookmark Alchyr's url since i tried opening it, search some other random words and it works~ Thank you guys
A quick followup on this; @runsing discovered that the search bar 404's when used from specific pages on Novel Updates, and not from others. We'll get @Tony to fix it. -- Oh, and I also moved this thread to bug reports. Edit: And it should be fixed now.
