Recommendations looking for a novel with good romance and action

Hi! I am looking for a novel that has the next settings.

-a male MC(none shoujo/josei) that has a strong personality and doesn't blush and stutter every time he is in front of a girl.
-has good action with the MC being strong or grow to be one at a non-slow pace.
-the romance in the story should start early without dragging it with the couple having vague feelings for each other most of the time.
-the romance in the story should be constant and be a main part of the story with the couple being romantic to each other action-wise frequently.
-if it answers the settings well, I will accept harem novels as well.
