I'm looking for some Novels where the MC's "cheat" is the power of Utter BS. The MC doesn't necessarily have to be a scam artist, maybe they're just a Coward, and think that if they don't play along, they'll be killed. Or Maybe everything they do is Misinterpreted or something. Now I know this is a pretty broad subject and has been down a crap ton in some form or another, so in order to make sure we don't get just the same old popular stories over and over, lets make sure that this is a big focus of the story itself. Its not just a plot point or Character aspect, but a Driving concept to the story. NOTES: 1): Decent Length (30+chapters or 2-3 Volumes, depending on chapter length), and/OR being actively translated (Has been updated in the last 1 - 2 months). I.E. I don't want something with 10-15 chapters that's not been updated since August 2016, but something with 5-10 chapters that's been update Mid Feb/Mar (or even the start) is perfectly fine. 2): No Hentai/Smut. Adult themes/Scenes are fine, but no blatant smut (I.E. a bedroom scene just for the sake of smut). 3): Harem tag is fine, but No Polygamy.
No. Maybe 10 years ago "harem" meant something like that, or polygamy. Now these days it just means there are multiple possible love interests. There are plenty of examples on this Site.

So a harem in this context is the generic dense MC, no relationship progress, shipping war type? Like To Love-Ru, Nise-Koi, Infinite Stratos, etc.?
not Necessarily a chunnibyou story, but chunnibyou stories DO tend to follow a similar theme. Essentually what I am looking for is something where the MC is able to either Bluff or BS his way out of situations, rather than any real skill or ability. Either because that's his goal, or because if he DOESN'T, they end up dead, or something like that.
Chinese System novels fit(until he becomes overpowered midway) but you are looking for a parody, parody takes too much skill to write. I recommend giving up
Again, not true either. There are plenty stories where the MC is perfectly aware, but still only ends up with one girl/guy. The Problem is more that People now these days will Tag anything where there are Multiple characters going after the MC as a "Harem". Heck, there are stories that people tag as Harem if the MC so much as interacts with more than 1 Female Character.

Ehhhh, Ya, you're not really understand what I'm asking for. These kinds of stories are pretty popular. Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! is a good example, where the MC mostly relies of using others, running away or bluffing (even if he is somewhat capable)
So novels were the protagonist is seen as a villain even though he is really weak eg that Angel manga Just look for villain protagonist novels

That's an example of one type of this Idea, ya. It can also be something like someone getting summoned by mistake and having to pretend to be a Hero. Or I remember one Manga where the dude got transferred into a Generals body, and kinda just lucked out during his "first" battle.
