Like I said earlier in the post, "Harem" now these days is just a catchall term for any story were there are multiple possible love Interests. Heck, there are some people that will tag anything with more than 1 Female character as Harem.

From what I can understand from your post you want a big brain MC but must be weak af Dungeon Defense - MC is the weakest Demon Lord so he has to big brain everything, manipulating his enemies from the shadows. He bangs other girls tho because it is a dark fantasy but ignoring it only because of that is a mistake Altina the Sword Princess - MC is not the princess(tho she is best girl) he is the strategist and he is a booklover. He creates tactics nobody had thought of before to win battles Isaac - MC exploited a loophole to legally smuggle goods into a school and the current arc makes you shout "HE IS A SMART ASSHOLE AND I LOVE IT"
Not necessarily. the MC doesn't even have to be particularly smart or brave. Rather they're good at Bluffing and have stupidly good luck.
hmm. try Dungeon Defense or the Dungeon Seeker. in both works mc words are law, no matter what. doesnt get more BS than that.
he suffers from chuuni due to his previous life. he is so stuck in it that he acts like its real and gets people wrapped up in his delusions... then shit starts to occur as if he is predicting it all. its basically the author having fun screwing with the MC with his divine word powers

Overgeared might interest you after suffering through the first hundred chapters where the MC was an asshole and actually gets character development where he slowly becomes a decent person
