    Technically, if the MC is male, he is still the male lead, and his love interest is the female lead/s. In BL, we need some distinction, so the MC is just the MC and his love interest is the ML. I still think the OP here meant ML as in the way you took it tho.

    Hmmm there's quite a few but all of Mo Chen Huan's ML's are so good and lovable? Especially Ye Jingzi from Ghosts Know, he's my precious child. All the MLs that have a seperate online acc to be fans of the MC are adorable too.

    I also enjoy lots of MLs with questionable personalities who may or may not be yanderes but that's for another day
