B: (enters a coffee shop) excuse me girl, I like to drink a coffee. Ms. pretty: sure Mister, what do you like to order? (hands B the menu) B: *The heck, I don't recognize all the name in the list* Hmm... Ms. pretty: (Wait patiently with a smile) B: *Oh, this name sounds cool* ahem, I would like to order Espresso. Ms. pretty: Good choice mister, what do you have for snack? B: (snort) hmph, fine! Ms. pretty: what do you like? B: I have one milk please. ^ this is half-fiction, I am telling my experience of first drinking espresso today. What's your experience when drinking espresso for the first time?
It was dirt. Tbh canned coffee is better but i don't know since i drink my coffee with a lot of water.
This person has got it right, making your own stuff is better. Basically making your own stuff is cheaper.
I am reminded of a Nichijio sketch about ordering coffee. It's never been a problem for me since we grew up with the expresso coffee culture
I hate anything bitter. The story goes like this, I had drunk only cappuccino and latte before and had no knowledge of what espresso tasted like. I ordered an espresso thinking of the previous two types. When I finally tasted it I literally spit it out. I threw the entirety of it in the dustbin. So overall my experience was as bitter as the coffee. I have taken a vow to never drink espresso again in my life.
I know a friend who drink 5 shots of espresso every time he goes to a coffee shop He is crazy imo I prefer luwak coffee. I don't really like espresso. So bitter. My life is already bitter enough, I don't need espresso to make it look more bitter But I am actually a real herbal tea faction
Went to a little Cuban shot ordered an espresso when it came I said no no I want one in one of those big cups (one used to make the imagines) guy looks at me like I'm insane but still gets it for me I put a shitload of sugar and 2 percent milk then down it. Yep thought I was gonna die lol
Ai-chan doesn't drink espresso. It's fine for the occasional deadline crunch, but not something Ai-chan normally drink. It creates too much of an addiction if consumed regularly. What Ai-chan does drink are cold mochas, preferably ice-blended mocha, though it's not sold everywhere. Espresso is something like high concentration of coffee (and caffeine) with little water. It's not good for your body and should only be drank if you really have to stay awake. For casual drinking, a plain ol' black coffee is awesomeness enough.
I for one rather dislike coffee of any sort, never really understood how someone would actually like drinking the stuff...
Does it count if my first experience with it was four espresso shots dumped into a mocha before a 12 hr black friday shift in retail? I survived the night thanks to that.
