    Eat a lot of salt, so not die from water intoxication, and probably also leak liquid from the front and back holes.

    you're misleaded by the picture. she said 128 oz (which i would assume US ounce). so that mean she drank 1 US gallon of water/day. that's roughly 3.8 litres

    a gallon is a measure which is equal to 3.78 liters. Are you confusing a gallon with a jar or a barrel? Drinking 4 liters a day is not much of a feat

    A gallon a day? Easy job. Ai-chan probably drink more than that in one day. Water is good for you, especially when you're in a hot and steamy climate. Your body will release excess water via pee, shit, or sweat. If your body really can't take more water, your body will force you to vomit.

    Depends on height weight and climate but yeah 3.7 liters(assuming its 1 freedomunit) is pretty much what i as a 6'2 (185 cm is 6'2 right?) Lardass Should drink but it might be a bit excessive for a short grill though not that bad if its a hot climate that might even be how much you are supposed to drink.

    Gallon, stupid imperial unit it is, has different standards in different countries. It's almost 4 L in USA I think.
    I also tried forcibly drinking more water(coz of ex gf), not that much as in the post. I gave up after seeing it only makes me pee a lot. Though it is true, you should drink a little even before you feel thirsty.

    a little bit clarification about that since OP said "a gallon of aqua" in their post. Here's an interesting fact about "a gallon of aqua". A gallon of aqua is roughly 19 litres of water. The amount stated at the bottle used to say that it was five gallons.
    [IMG]
    but they changed it to this nowadays
    [IMG]
    So, some people (including me) assume that a gallon is 19 litres because of this.o_O

    Wouldn't it be normal for you to assume that 5 gallons would equal to 19 liters assuming the brand is the same, they probably wouldn't change the amount of water right?

    that's what i mean by misled. the picture in the articles shows a woman hugging a big container (i presume thats what you mean by 'aqua gallon' :hmm: ). so just by looking at the picture, OP was led to assume the person in the article drank the entire amount of that container, when that person actually only drinks 1 gallon of water as clarified by this excerpt;
