I Said Make My Abilities Average!, though she's only badass in the sense of being OP. It's mostly a comedy. Sadly, the translation is truly awful. No Epic Loot Here, Only Puns, though she's mostly badass in a mamma bear protects her cubs kind of way. It's mainly SoL with occasional action and light horror. On royalroad. Pheonix Destiny, but she may fit your definition of black bellied. I'm not sure. Why Not Soar Your Majesty. Its more of a stretch since she abandons the gender-swapping fairly early and its hard to say if she's really badass. Mostly a romcom. If you're okay with animation: the first three seasons of RWBY are practically nothing but badass females being badass. Avatar: The Last Airbender also has a lot of badass females, but the lead is only female in the second series: Korra.
