    I can recommend u since like every day searching for novels and readying 50 chaps per novel and find them boring but i find the master peace here it is u welecom :) the Reverend Insanity

    You could give World of Cultivation a shot, it's pretty good. (Though it has a few caveats, like the obnoxious overuse of pinyin, and MC's faction isn't built until like 200+ chapters in.)


    Also I want to recommend The Amber Sword and Abyss Domination (though the latter has few chapters), and maybe Night Ranger (on the plus side, NR is completely translated), but although the MCs make their own factions and control territory etc. they mostly leave it to their subordinates and spent most of the time away.


    Warlock of the Magus World, though MC doesn't really have his own faction until the last couple of arcs. And while I thought it was one of the best parts of the novel, a lot of other people complained endlessly about that arc.

    These more or less meet your requirements. The first and last one don't have any romance at all, the second one does, the fourth one is complicated, and the third one has kind of a harem-y feel to it but I don't think any girl other than the heroine is actually in love with the MC. They're great novels too, all of the MCs here are really smart and they are all leaders that often times just stay back and use their heads instead of getting directly involved.

    City of Sin and Monarch of Evernight, two novels by the same author, feature a lot of war and faction leading. Both have many hundreds of chapters translated, so it should take you a little while to get through them.

    Hmm.. Sovereign of Judgement's MC leads a faction. That one is completely translated.

    Stop, Friendly Fire! is recently completed, and the MC for that leads an army.

    If you can forgive the harem, Castle of Black Iron is really long and the MC leads numerous different factions under various identities. That one suffers from a subpar translation, though. Nothing horrible, but you might notice quite a few odd word choices and grammar errors as you go. It's still readable.

    have you tried Chrysalis it's an original on webnovel around 350 chapters the MC is an ant so no romance and as such no harem or anything technically as an ant the MC is a female but he was a human male in his past life and seems to act as a male in all circumstances not technically the leader of his colony but he seems to make most of the decisions and doesn't use equipment (he's an ant what do you expect) so not super godly encounters I think that's all in relation to your points that you need ticked

    Running Away From The Hero if you just want to laugh, no harem because the MC runs away from any of the woman who like him because they're all crazy, male MC, no yuri or yaoi, doesn't really match the rest of your tags, it barely has more that 100 chapters, MC isn't in a position to be the absolute ruler, I think it's Korean not to sure how to check depending on whether you read the original or the remake you might have constant POV switches in the remake the original has less chapters though he already has all the things equipment he uses throughout the novel at no point is he the strongest in the world

    Edit: harem though but not as bad as the usual harem stuff. Dont really read harem stuff either unless its only as a side dish?
