So as I literally mean, Novels that the ending isn't rush and doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth that'll hunt you for a week for how the author looks like he/she just wanted to ended the story and rushed it. I've read tons of novels with those cases and it makes my heart feel desolate for how they usually mess things up in the mid-late story.
Lord of the Mysteries. This novel is still ongoing, the thing is each volume has a well written ending.
That doesn't even have an ending yet, does it? I think RRL applies that tag automatically after a certain length of time, and Mother of Learning is released at a rate of about 1 chapter a month, at best. That is, it's not really on hiatus.
Frankly it has been a while for me to go into fanfiction.net because I stopped being interested as the story drags, the long posting time is another factor. Though I can say the same with CCG, i piled the chapters to binge them but inevitably lost interest in reading them.
Nope but it's not rushed story, it take 8 years for the story reach the recent chapter and MoL is closer to the end.
It really depends. What kind of novel do you like? I rarely read novel with rushed ending. But I got a feeling our preferred genre are probably different (josei+bl). Hakkomari My Disciple Died Yet Again The Lazy King
