    they actually did it.....our beloved Electronic Arts has actually made it to the Guinness World Record 2020 edition for their sense of "Pride and Accomplishment".....the committee was so pleased with the game company's care for their customers that it moved them to tears......

    For some context, the 2nd most downvoted comment on reddit has around 80k downvotes. So thats a about 8.5x difference.

    EA doesn't give a fuck. The more people talk about them, the more they love it. It means they can milk the investors by saying they have the biggest visibility. In the entertainment industry, visibility means everything. It doesn't matter if they're the worst scum on the planet releasing the worst stuff on the planet, as long as people talk about them, they're a winner.

    Ai-chan's school teacher would say, "Bad attention is the wrong kind of attention, Ai-chan." But to EA, "Any attention is good money in our pocket." It's the difference in mindset between the rich and the poor.
