Looking for a movie with 2 protagonist (or 1 protagonist and a villain) where 1 of them was abuse as a child and he gets psychic(?) powers, in 1 scene is the child abused protagonist/villain is wearing a firefighter suit or helmet and he is going on a rampage in a store or something? the after credits scene is the protagonist(?) is on a snow mountain and he's filming himself?
