    well this thread talks about our daily worries and anxiety and how we deal with them and continue our boring life unchanging routine BS well if you want to share yours and discuss it to have some weight off your shoulders here is the place BTW sorry but i dont have worries or anxiety as i reached the pinnacle of having mind blank anytime i want to

    A little something i do would take out a ukulele and play random chords and spew curses in a song or sing random sentences out with only the endings rhyming
