202 isn't coming out till October with how things look right now. Yoshi's job has been working him too hard to have time to focus on translating and fight scenes aren't simple or easy to translate. He's got a government job as a translator who also helps with setting up events and is really busy with what's going on with the Rugby World Cup.
Man makes plans and God has His own plans. Blame God for not having chapter 202. *That's exactly why I'm an atheist.*
Thank you for the clarification. Now let's look at the old Novel list and see what we can binge-read while we wait for the month to go by.
Now that I've moved into the world of authors, I can definitely sympathize, and the only thing I'm translating is from my mind onto a word document. WOW It has DEFINITELY been a while since I have been able to comment anything. Well then, I think I am more or less just popping in to keep the countdown alive. Going to have to include some back-log as well. 30. 29. 28. Spoiler I felt there wasn't much need for a spoiler this time, it's really meant more to draw attention to the number anyway.
Its been confirmed, Heinz Ketchup is stronger than Morning Wood (Heinz > Bellwood in talent). Dude figured out how to combine light and life magic to combat death magic, but that dumb wood couldn't' even figure it out even on the front-lines facing the Demon King Gudurranis. It's checkmate for Heinz & co. Alda intercepted with Curatos to shield his minions. Van activated his trap card. Curatos is dead. Alda used Egress (escape from combat).
Their sacrifice is the only reason yoshi got the time to translate chapter 201. So it was not for nothing, just remember to sacrifice 10 times the number the next time so we might get a duble release.
It's important to note that Van still hasn't had his first growth spurt yet. People usually have two in their life before adulthood. Once he does, all his stats and attributes will substantially increase by a huge multiplier.
What? That's literally what he just had like 10? chapters back when he couldn't move his body. It was sudden growth spurt growing pains and his stats did increase substantially.
Heinz: "Would you kill yourself? Please?" Van: "You know, there is a God that asked the same thing. His name is Rodcorte." Heinz:... Van: "And he did all he could to make me kill myself. He reincarnated me with all curses and bad luck he could think of. That shitty God Rodcorte." Heinz:"... never heard about this God." Van: "Now you know. But, alas, his curses and bad luck worked. I was born as a mixed-race that is hated by everyone, my dad was killed before I was born, and my mother had to run to the woods, to a cave. There she gave birth to me, alone, having no help, risking her and mine lives." Heinz:"... snif..." Van: "Then I get some luck in my life. The first luck in three lives, do you know? My mother loved me so much. She smiled at me. She gave me her breast and nurtured me. She used to talk and sing the songs of her tribe, of her home. Inside that dark cave, in a dangerous forest, she made a home for me. The first luck I had in three lives..." Heinz:"... please, stop here..." Van: "Until someone find her. A religious fanatic ordered her capture. She was betrayed, and hunted like an animal. Then she was tortured to reveal where I was hidden. She never told them. Then they flogged her in the middle of the city, for everyone to see. Nobody had any mercy for her. Then she was burned alive." Heinz:"... no, please, sthap." Van: "I got a piece of bone from her ashes, you know? I carried it with me until not long ago. The last bit of my loving, loving mother. Other kids have toys, I had a piece of a bone of my mother. Other kids have kids to play, I had undead monsters,, ghosts, skeletons, insects. Other kids have a home, I was on the run, hunted like a wild animal, hated by everyone that saw my face, the face of an abomination, a damned Damphir born from the forbidden love of a vampire and a dark elf. I would not kill myself. Not for you, not for anybody. And not for Rodcorte." Van looks at Heinz's soul fragments, as they dissipates in the air. "...I see, I can break a soul with words too." Borkus and friends: "The boy sure was talkative..."
Did he finish his growth spurt though? Even if he did, remember this fight was not with his actual body either. He litterally manifested his soul onto an inferior copy made by curatos in order to train heinz. On a side note: Do you think the author of death mage is aware of our nickname for ketchup? I wonder if they call him that in Japan to.
He probably could if he put scream, mental encroachment, attributeless magic, and soul devour together
