    Jails are overflowing. In America, there are several cases where a woman has claimed rape falsely. Consent can be retracted based on her word alone and if you don’t have proof, the jury can put you away. Just because you followed the law, doesn’t mean you can’t be put in jail. The important takeaway is that you should not assume that consent is given, you have to make sure.

    Exactly. Not illegal but highly risky behaviour very dependent on the woman's mood and motivations. Which CAN get you jailed if you cannot prove she consented.

    Since his name is not Einstein, does that mean you DO play such games? :ROFLMAO:

    Really? There’s no laws regarding public decency in your country?

    In the U.S., at least, the severity of the crime differs from state to state. In some states, it falls under public indecency, similar to simply walking around naked or streaking a football game. In others, there are specific laws against public sex. According to a quick search, and much more ridiculously, there are laws in some states against sex between unmarried people (I can’t imagine this is enforced) or adultery, which might come into play if they’re particularly unlucky.

    Considering her statement, it can be easily proven that her mental state was disturbed, be it alcohol or something or just plain old mental illness. Courts often expect men who take advantage of such women to be offenders. But it could come off as a low sentence thingy. Then again, public sex. That's a bad statement about the condition of the guy as well. Pretty Bonnie and Clyde to me.

    When we think of "mentally disturbed", we tend think of intoxication or having a mental condition, which might include being emotionally vulnerable. However, we might also use "mentally disturbed" to describe a "sane" person who said or did something that common sense would say should not be done.
