Only thing i can recall about the novel is that the mc was sent back in time to his younger self and he was in a classroom and started crying when he saw his teacher/lover from the future.

Well I'm also looking for a novel like that, But the mc was betrayed by his lover over cultivation technique he couldn't practice. And his lover turns out to be his teacher in human world.
I read a similar one from JP novel. Student had a crush with his teacher and when he return to the past and suprisingly the teacher also had a crush with him.
It's defo Tale of Demons and Gods. That novel had so much potential. Still worth a read though, just Mad Snail gets bored and doesn't know how to finish novels satisfyingly.
Are you guys sure its TDG? i'm not talking about a master, as i already know about the discipline master relationship in TDG but the novel im trying to remember was an actual teacher in a classroom sitting. Anyways im reading threw TDG again so ill let you guys know if thats actually it.
