No, the company is shut-down, if you check the Visual Novel Database, but the story is continued.
There is already a large plan to publish 10 episodes (series) with each episode (series) about the Thrones from different Ages from what I've Googled translated. I can't exactly confirm if I how interpret is right or not, since it's just machine translated. Three of them are already published: Dies irae, KKK, and Paradise Lost. I'm not sure if Pantheon is included with it shut-down before official launch.
