Hmm... I guess for legal drugs it really depends on the environment and self control after all. I drink alcohol on a weekly basis, probably a bit more than someone my size/age should but I have never smoked anything. I didn’t drink much before but because I get free drinks at work, I do feel like I would miss out if I don’t at least try it. Maybe 2-3 pints of beer per week? But when I was dieting, I cut them down without any setbacks so I think I’m still good. Just drank a lot more water instead. I keep one bottle of whiskey for sipping at home. It’s been there for over 2 years and there’s more than half left. My father though...he has this huuuuge collection of fancy whiskey bottles his coworkers gave to him when he retired and I’m pretty sure my brothers and I will inherit that because he hasn’t even opened the boxes. I wonder why people would gift them for someone who barely drinks one dose on the rocks. Oh, and my husband doesn’t drink or smoke. He’s a health enthusiast so he drinks BCAA and vitamins ades.
Cue these user who would post something along this line "don't tell me how i live my life !". I really can't think better rehabilitation method than constantly having them trying their best to live in survival situation. Then again in the battlefields we used to have one of us get himself overdosed in drugs while taking the riskiest or suicidal tasks.
