so I was just watching lockpickinglawyer’s videos and it made me remember of a movie or something where the guy use his telekinesis for lock picking. Anyone know what I’m talking about?
Uhhh why pick the lock if you have telekinesis? You can just open the handle from the other side of the door.
It's not a doorknob. And what if they're empty room/house ? Still window are easier option than lockpicking the door if there's telekinesis.
...can ones' telekinesis works through solid object? Technically yes but wouldn't the lack of sight to said object hinder the user?
Solid objects? There should be some air below/above the door. If the ability needs line of sight then lockpicking would also be impossible...
That is also an issue, does the user have some sense of touch on his telekinesis? Often yes, to help better grab and hurl things. My idea is that does the telekinesis works like those in Elfen Lied and capable to rip a blood vessel with a mere thought or does the TK manifest an actual solid form that somewhat hinders the power from working through objects?

I seem to know a movie like that but I am not sure I remember the movie's name, but just to make sure whether the movie you mean and the one I know are the same or not : Do they eat some sort of pills that can enhance that power? Was there a basketball sort of game at the end to decide the fate of the world, it was something like going back to the dark ages sort of thing by destroying all current scientific knowledge and amenities or something?
Well, the only scene that I remember is when the guy use some x-ray to see behind vault door so he can see the mechanism to open it.
