Discussion The most evil food you ever ate?

When I was a teen, I did a 3 week military course and the only food we could eat was what was given. Food was also strictly portioned too.

At lunch times we would usually be given a sandwich, some fruit and something else which I can't remember, anyway, the sandwich's were usually beef, chicken, vegetable etc but there was one sandwich which we got a lot.

It was a pumpkin and cranberry jam sandwich!

That was a sandwich that came from the very depths of hell! D:

When someone decided to add lemon to a chicken it almost made me puke because of the taste. literally one of the worst kind of food for me since I love chicken.

 

Heh Puerto Rican food is all evil. It tastes delicious and is very fattening....but if you ask anyone that has it, sooooooooooo worth it. O.O

I haven't lived here long enough, but usually I have people that happen to drop by when I've fried chicken and other such. ^.^

 

My teacher once told me I can choose whatever I want to eat from the table (Food & drink) and then she mix everything together. The taste of rice mixed with yogurt and coke is.. weird and they look absolutely disgusting.

 

Ai-chan once joined a girl scouts camp with high school divisions as one of the organizers. At one point, there was a competition for Survival Cookoff. Basically, all the girls were expected to cook the best survival food with only stuff they gathered from the forest the previous day. As a safety measure, we banned mushrooms, since none of us could really tell the difference between edible and non edible. What this means is that apart from the provided wheat flour, salt, sugar, curry powder, turmeric, beef and chicken, they only have access to grass, twigs, clay and other natural stuff for cooking.

So on it went and while the cooking were mostly undercooked (one of the participants presented a coiled bread that was still mainly flour), they were not inedible. That was until we came across the curry that one of the groups cooked. It was greenish. We all wondered why it was green, because none of the ingredients provided could make curry turn green. Each of us judges were nudging each other to be the first to try it. None of us agreed. But this couldn't go on, because stuff needed to be judged.

So Ai-chan took the plunge. It was horrendous. Not only there was a sickening powdery feeling, the curry was also very thick that it clung to Ai-chan's throat. And to make it worse, the curry was bitter. And that's not even the worst part. All of us who tested the curry ended up having a date with the toilet for hours. Ai-chan managed to hold it in until the camp was over, but the other girls weren't so lucky. The entire camp had to share the 4 toilets among themselves.

That little girl who cooked the curry became a legend because she alone put half of the participants and all the organizers to the toilet after eating her curry. Yeah, the other participants were wondering what was so bad about the curry, so they tried it too out of curiosity. Dumbasses.

 

Natto. I ate it because my host dad promised he wouldn’t smoke for every day I ate natto. Since I was worried for his health, I tried. I managed only one day.

 

I remember back in middle school I was in home ec. We were in groups and assigned to make a soup. We got noodles various spices and vegetables, so I cut the vegetavles and set up the stove. I then went to the bathroom and when I came back the soup was red like blood and was bubbling. So I took the plunge and tried the water, it was so spicy that after school I was stuck on my toilet seat and count eat for the rest of that day and most of the next.

Neem leaves, I used to eat a few branches worth some while ago. It wasnt worth the effort.

Just curious, why would you eat neem leaves? Medicinal purposes?

 

Raw tomatoes. All 6 times I tried it, I threw up 4 times.
