Heya i feel like rereading Im Really a Superstar does anyone remember which chapter is it that mc becomes sorta top of china entertainment n goes aboard? His sorta international ranking or asia rsnking for now. Side note. I kinda liked this novel but there are certain arc where there is a subtle racism going on where like almost everyone not from china is bad. Rude. Low class. Arrogant etc. I understand its a cn novel so it happens but i would like to ask once mc gets out of china does it become way worse? ( the racism that is ) i can endure if its subtle but if its like "The World Online" where it gets super intense racism where it becomes insulting other countries once mc leaves china i might drop it then Rip i really enjoyed TWO too until he left china.. sad.
The racism, like most things in the book, gets better as the book progresses, and especially after goes abroad.
So is there more or less racism? Because that "better" can mean 2 different things, He becomes better at being a racist or is the racism is handled better?
I mean that he acts less racist. Or to put it another way, he encounters fewer examples of racist stereotypes like he did in the past. Remember, Zhang Ye isn't a racist, the author is. Generally, Zhan Ye is portrayed as being fair and good, it's just that the author writes him in situations where foreigners are the enemy.
